Sam - I am obsessed with progress (you wouldn't put that on a dating profile would you). Messy, challenging, life-altering progress. It's not always easy, but I sign myself up for that.

As a child, I was labelled a perfectionist. Picture the perfect bob haircut, colouring inside the lines, type-A personality and the typical Virgo traits of a September baby. Mix together and you have the recipe for the heavy burden of perfectionism.

When I uncovered this limiting belief, disguised as a personality trait, I realised that I am not a perfectionist at all.

Perfectionism is the polar opposite of progress, my number one value in life. What a relief to shrug the resistance, remove the limit and live in my new truth.

Kate - I was very academic at school, a typical overachiever. I went through the state education system to post graduate level, qualified in what society calls a “vocational career” spending most of my time trying to prove that I can do anything a man can do. And when I got there, I felt empty.

Around the age of 28 (the time of my Saturn return) I experienced a massive upheaval and shift in my understanding and awareness of the world around me. The decade that followed was spent seeking for truth, both externally and introspectively.

It was around this time that I stepped away from my career and stepped into the world of entrepreneurship and Network Marketing. 9 years and 50 ego deaths later I promoted to the top level of the company I partner with.

Three years into my self-employment journey I became a Mum. This rite of passage into womanhood was probably the first time in my adult life that I’d felt connected to the magic of my feminine essence.

For the last 8 years I’ve been learning to navigate Motherhood and Business, getting it horribly wrong at times and then finally working towards balance and harmony. And the biggest shift was working smarter, using my energy in the right way and stepping away from the constant need to push and surrendering into the magnetic energy of simply allowing. It’s been an absolutely game changer for me on so many levels. I’m excited to share everything I’ve learnt with women who are ready to make the same changes.
